Need help preparing gun for upcoming season!!!

I am a newbie to the paintball world and have picked up a 68 automag pf with vert adap. I run on co2 because the closest place to fill HPA or N2 is 1.5 hours away. Im just wondering if i can attach an expansion chamber to the vert and which one you would suggest, also what type of hose is the best....macro,micro, steel braided????

ok you should get like a ANS 6 stage ex-chamber. it will never work quite as well as n2 but it'll be alot bettter. you also might want to invest in an antisiphon kit and a remote

Is it a stock valve? as far as Co2 goes, run the best expansion chamber you can afford, and try to use steel braided hoses, they last longer and allow for better flow.
If possible try and run the Co2 upright off a remote on your back, and then through the expansion chamber, this will help a little with the liquid in your valve.

Yah its a stock valve.

A friend of mine has a remote and it leaks somthing fearce.... i would also be afraid of sliding in and getting the damn co2 tank rammed up my spine.... does this acctually happen or am i just paranoid???

Here is your best avalible setup...

This is the best thign you could get for your gun , considering your runing co2, all of its gona run ya like a little over 100 bucks, but trust me, it will be just like your runiing nitro!

Get a Palmers Stabilizer, they are like 15-25x better than an expansion chamber and are made to handle co2. You will have velocity flux. like +,- 2 fps. You will also need a remote, but if you dont like remote, which i dont! then get an anit-siphon kit on your tank. Also it might look goofy, but you could get a long hose and coil it up so no liquid iwll get into the gun, but with that palmers stabilizer youll be all set! ,
