Emag on/off assembly

I replaced the ULT on/off that came with my X-valve with the standard Emag on/off that I purchased from AGD. So, I've just tossed it in, but haven't had the chance to gas it up yet.

My concern is: there are no O-rings or anything in the bottom of the valve like my buddy said I would need. His setup is two different sized o-rings down the on/off hole in the xvalve, then he pops his on/off in. I don't have those o-rings.

So:

should I gas it up anyway and see what happens?
or,
should I wait for these o-rings since I will most definitely need them?
if I need them, where can I figure out what kinds I need/where can I find them?
