    Emag woes

So I got my emag today(was doing miltary training for the last month and a half) and when I put the battery pack on turned it to e mode and took out the battery saver pin the screen only lights up(AGD 1.37) for a second and goes blank. The charger says the battery is full. I have no air but I'm pretty sure you can dry fire in e mode without air.

Help me this is my 4th mag but first emag I'm really sad it doesn't work .

Worse comes to worse I'll have to send it out. WHo would be a good person to send this to?

AGD is the best place as they have all replacement parts on hand.

take the left side grip panel off. hold the plunger up with a fingure. turn it on see if it pulls. If it does your hes magnet is too close. If it doesnt pull the trigger if it does then make sure the magnet is activating the hes.

I adjusted it up the wazoo and still the screen comes on for a second then goes off. At points the screen wouldn't come on at all till I backed out the magnet

My 1st (and current) EMAG did the same thing when I bought it until I set the magnet located halfway down the trigger correctly.

I bought it for $350 knowing that it was "broken". All it was was that the trigger magnet was set incorrectly.

Play with it. You can't break it. When you fix it, you'll feel like a god.

pretty sure its not the magnet now adjusted it for an hour and still had the problem. However I took the grip panles off and started to look around. If i poke the white wires the light doesn't come on at all if a I poke it some more and take out the saver pin it comes on for a second again.

That is exactly what mine did until I backed the trigger magnet way out. The guy before me had it turned in way too far.

I also dismantled the one battery lead above the battery pack. I think mine was shorting out there due to it being assembled by the previous user incorrectly.

Mine would turn on displaying "AGD 1.34", then when I pulled the trigger, the board would die until I unhooked the battery and put it back together.

So, make sure you aren't shorting out against the frame and then adjust the HES magnet.

Is the board loose? The ground connection for the board is via the single bolt in the center bottom of the board. Make sure it is tight or you will get all sorts of strange results.

I too have bought a broken emag with the "Bad Magnet" issue.
