For the .712 pin use the quad oring. For the .750 pin use the small white oring.

The quad replaces the small white oring. You still have the larger urethane on the outside of the quad.

i dono if this will help but when i used an on off pin that was too short it would get and RT effect

maybe your getting some bounce of the pin thats too short?
