actually now that i look over your stats, i am pretty sure that your noid is acting up... you should take a look at the polarity and if its reversed you can either reverse the wiring of deal with it. But either way i highly suggest raising your FIX because with an ROF of 15 you have absolutly no reason to be running at 20. You should be up around 50-52. Which would most likely provide a much better e-mode.

but other than that the only thing i could suggest is to do a complete bolt tuning AGAIN

I tried pushing the bolt back with a squeege but that doesn't do anything.....
I vote for secretweaponvan's option #1. If you have some volume in your setup, it may build up enough pressure for a few shots then dry up until it can recover.

I put a gauge on the on/off and it looks like your right, the gauge will drop down to like 400-500 after every shot and slowly creep back up to 1000. How do I fix this? Is it a bad tank reg?

Sounds like it, or your ASA has a restriction in it (like it is pushing your valve pin too much or not enough).

Try another tank in that ASA or try another ASA with that tank.

          Good luck.

I've seen people really crank on asa's and bottles after they have air. You need good flow, but there is nothing about the valve pin that needs to be tight.

ok, something I didn't notice before, after each shot the valve makes a slight gurgling/filling noise for just a second, while its making that sound a trigger pull does nothing.

Fix your air supply first. The gauge settling time should be the limit on the pressure response you see when you fire (it should go back to near 1000 psi as fast as it dropped to 500).

You may have more than one problem, but air supply is primary.

I may have solved that problem. It had microline on it, and I figured it was worth a try to put macroline on it, and the air pressure problem is (I think) solved.

Was your pressure gauge before or after the micro line?

If the microline was starving anything, the pressure gauge between it an the bottle should not have seen a large pressure drop and the microline wouldn't inhibit the pressure recovery to the gauge, yes?

The air restriction has to be between the bottle and the gauge.

                        Got pics?

after re-thinking it, I'm pretty sure when it was having recharging problems it was just because the on/off wasn't turned 'on' enough. so I'm still at square one.

I took the whole valve apart and it was missing a reg seat o-ring, don't have any air left, see if it helped tomorrow.
