Shooting on safe and question about ULT

I was trying learn more about my new toy and noticed that it fired even when the safety is applied. It actualy makes the trigger pulls very short. Normal, paranoid or problematic?

Also, after removing the ULT, i noticed that the 2 halves are loose. How do we seperate them to add/remove shims? It's good the way it is and very reactive, i am just curious.

You can tighten the rod that slides in behind the trigger that is attached to the sear a turn or so. That will stop the marker from firing while the safety is on.

As for separating the ULT just pull it gently and unscrew. The top half will catch the threads and come undone for you. That is just the way it is made
