Since Tom Kaye retired from CEO of AGD, nothing new has came from the company. Did someone purchase AGD or did Tom just step down from CEO and now only owns the company?

What I am getting at is: Is there ever gonna be anymore NEW upgrades availible from AGD, or once there inventory runs out of their current supply of items, will that be it for the company?

I just wanna know if I should stock up on mag part kits and extra parts if the worst ever happens with AGD

over the past while things in the AGD shop have gone out of stock, then restocked shortly after.

AGD isnt going anywhere, they still are makeing tac-1s and selling them. And still selling replacement parts.

all anyone tells you about this is just going to be speculation and guessing. But IMO I wouldnt be looking forward to anything new from AGD. I really hate to say that.....it actually makes me sad to think of them dwindling....but its just the way the market went. What can a person do other than word of mouth advertising for them?

AGD's name doesnt even have the recognition it used to.....maybe if they came out with something in the past they could have used the name to increase sales. Now it has reached the point where if AGD and "brand X" released the same product at the same time, no one would even notice the AGD name as an incentive to purchase their product over "brand X".


as for parts....I wouldnt really worry abut it. I cant even remember the last time I replaced an oring, bolt bumper, or reg seat. Get a parts kit and you are good for about 10 years.

but it our mags we love.
If A.G.D got to say the size of Smart parts . i think something would go missing.

I kind of hope they stay the way they are. small and caring.

And its not fair to say that the mag has not moved on it has.

Look at the mini invert , that came from a mag user .
Yes i know its not from A.G.D. But what it means is mags still inspire us to invent.

What i say is thank god for the small company .
And lets keep this fantastic marker to our selfs.

Over here in the uk we have a great hard core movement of mag users
In fact i one of two dealers who still bring in spares, like seals ect.

and i dont do it for money .

Actually, you'd be surprised to see how many new Mag owners I've seen this season on the fields, which were mostly youger players in their 20's.

Maybe we've got a cult following going on at our homefield, but I've noticed about 6 to 8 Automags on any given weekend. It's actually pretty cool!

I have to agree that I do actually see quite a few folks trying out a mag from time to time just to check it out and see what the hype is about. The part that troubles me is how many out of that group get rid of it within a few weeks for various reasons.

It's like that with every marker. They play for a while and move on to something else. It end's up getting sold or sitting in the closet collecting dust.

mag owners? i thought i was the only one hahahah at least where i play i am, at another field i seen another guy with a minimag other than that where i am they are few and far between, but people are always amazed as i bring out a new mag and just reem people with em

I never see mag players anymore. I statred playing in middle school 97ish and still play today with my mag. I have gone thru a few of them but are just great.

The only mags I see out where I play is mine and Watchers. Other then that, its mostly tippmanns or ions.

When ever the group of guys gather around for the new marker Show and Tell, I always whip out my pneumag and let them shoot it. Most people I encounter their have the mind set of mags that they short stroke, chop, their heavy and don't have eyes. After I demonstrate the L10, let them feel how light it is, and take off the grip frame to show them there are no batteries their curiosity peaks. I figure the more people that you can get to go online to AO and learn more about mags, the stronger AGD will become.......
