Got some mag questions

Ive a few questions regarding mags:

First, has there ever and will there ever be a ULE body that's twistlock?

Second, is there a difference in gas efficiency between a classic and an RT valve? or a classic valve with an RT on/off?

And lastly... I couldnt think of another question so here's a pic of my newest mag beside my pride n joy:P

I plan on doin some rail work, prolly even more extensive than my first, n stickin a shocker frame on it as well.

There has never been ULE twistlocks. I doubt there will be also. Agd isn't coming out with new products these days. The closest you will come to a twistlock ULE would be a centerfeed SS lowrise.

Good question. If there is a difference, the RT would probably less efficient. I don't know if there is actualy a difference though. It's 1:30 am so i might be forgetting.

The RT valves are a little less efficient. I don't know if efficient is the right word because they do what they're made to do efficiently, they just use more air to do it. It's not so significant that you'll need to buy a bigger tank or anything though.
I found with mags that it REALLY can vary from marker to marker. You can have a couple that are built the same way and they can use air in varying amounts still.

Having said all that, I have 2 classic valved mags. One mag has the 8-hole mod and uses very little air. It's a very efficient marker in that respect. Seems like the 8-hole would make it use more lol. The other classic uses a little more air even though they are both set up mostly identically.
I have an RT valved mag that uses a noticeably larger amount of air. It's not really an issue today though with fiber hpa tanks being had for 50 to 80 bucks used if you looked around.

Ah k, tnx for the info. Main reason i was askin about the air was because when i stick my RT on/off into a classic valve, I end up havin to screw the velocity adjuster in some. So was thinkin maybe a higher pressure is needed to get the On/off to work perhaps.

That shouldn't be. You should still be using the same velocity setting for both on/offs.

The on/off doesn't vent air to the atmosphere, it is essentially just a switch used to allow gas to the dump chamber.
