In the power tube , if Im running a lvl 7 with a .225 spacer do I use the white plastic bumber under the spacer or is it just the spacer by itself in the powertube? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The white backing washer is just for level 10 bolts, none of the other bolts, if I'm understanding the question. -
