    Put it in a vice...

First put a few towels or some pieces of wood in the vice so you don't marr the rail, then crank it down until the pin can't go up anymore. It will go from the bottom up.
From there you can wiggle it out by hand.

Now warp it up and go

To make the notch in the rail for the body unless you want to send it out there is no real easy way to do it.
If you have a grinder it will make it quick but it might be a bit big/small. Best way to do it is to clamp it down, grab a hand file or two, put a pot o' joe on the stove, crank the tunes, and go to work.

the funny thing is that I made the notch in the frame before I was able to take the twist lock assembly off. it fits pretty flush to the frame I just need a longer screw now that is basically it. My next step to my project Mag is a X valve. Its funny how this marker has changed soo much from when i got it. I have a question. how can I make this a pnuemag??? I have a PTP Benchy double finger on it. any suggestions???

Yes, get a intelliframe or RPG frame. Those frames already have mounts inside of them for the pneumatics and will make the process a lot easier.

As ar as making the pneumaggics system, just do a quick search on this forum and you'll find plenty of threads and people who have done it.

I am also interested in the pneumod, but am waiting to play with my RT pro's stock trigger first.
