    Level 10 and leaking

    Hi everyone

I have an emag valve with level 10

So far i tried 2 combination, i have 2 different carrier oring, and i assume they both work differently:

1st oring: Use with a carrier that have one line, no dot ( bolt stick, refuse to move)
I don't have the carrier size after that, so i have to use a double line, one dot carrier ( leak out of bolt)

2nd oring: Double line, one dot carrier: ( Bolt stick again - won't move, no leak)
Tripple line carrier: leak out of bolt

Added 2 shim to the second oring, tripple line carrier, then i get more leak.

All of this is with the shortest spring possible.

What should i do next? Try to find a double line, and a single line - one dot, carriers for the first oring?

What about the second oring, i move between both of those but it didn't seem to work.

    Thanks

all o-rings the same size are not the same size , get some more o-rings or carriers
some time setting op a LX can be a pain , especially if you don't have an assortment of rings & carriers

I suggest getting some more carriers from AGD or Tunaman so you can tune your LVL 10.

For the carrier that you are having "bolt stick" with, "bolt stick" happens after you fire and you have to reset the bolt with a squeegie down the barrel. If it just won't fire, you need to turn up your velocity.

However, if you do get carriers and are going to tune...

      Follow these steps in order.
      1. Break in carrier o-ring with 1000 shots in carrier #2 (2 lines, no dots on side of carrier).
      2. Move broken-in white carrier o-ring to largest carrier that does not leak.
      3. If bolt sticks on squeegy test, add shims until it resets reliably.
      4. Chrono marker to field speed. (this is important, don't just do it by sound)
      5. If gun breaks paint (test with no loader and make an electrical tape string for paintball to hang only halfway in breach) use a longer mainspring (on the contrary, if bolt continuously "LVL 10's" or "chuffs" use a shorter mainspring).
      6. Profit.

I found a carrier that work, and it was the velocity adjustment, just had to crank it over the leaking point and it stop.

        Thanks
