AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Don't put nothing on it , it's not going to just fall out
hand tighten it , then check it when you do your regular maintence
I mean I don't think it will spin off in the middle of a game , none of mine ever have & you might want to remove it to put it on a different body later
Super glue... i see. So this will be permanent, and I won't be able to remove it future right?
no no, BLUE loctite is semi-permanent, "breaks" in like 15lbs of force. Very removable and used to keep stuff from vibrating out usually. I have it on the valve screws of my tippmann and I remove them like once a month for maintainance and re-loctite 'em back in.
Or, just get one of those rubber grip pads or whatever and hand crank on it. If you use a tool you could very well strip the threads.
I used a strap wrench (rubber strap thingy) and blue locktite. I've popped it loose a couple of time when twisting a hopper on, but it's really no big deal.
