super bolt or long nose bolt ?

I've seen a little of both of these online but have'nt gotten to work with them or know that much about them, which works for you or do you recommend?
All I have is a ans phase II w/foamie, works for me, but open to new ones......

Ive you have the money to burn, buy the superbolt.

I'd say if the ans works for you just keep it until it wears out... then think about a new bolt. The superbolt will be easier on paint then the long nose and probably work better then your ans (will work better actually)

I had an ans foamie bolt and switched to a superbolt and I find them equal performers (the superbolt wins because of the reduced recoil)

the only thing that will improve anything is the superbolt it only helps with recoil I got one and like it
