    Micromag woes... ARGH?!

Ok so I recently purchased a micromag...

I have been working with mags for many years now and have a decent understanding of the hows, and whys. but for whatever reason.... this mags issue is beyond me.

Its not the valve... At this point I have changed the entire on/off to one pulled from a working valve, the powertube has all been changed, changed the sear, the bolt/spring, and have adjusted the trigger rod length. Air tanks have all been hp, I have gone through 3 tanks full of air trying to fix this.

Oh, BTW The valve works in a different body...

When the trigger is pulled, it is firing several times and sometimes giving a fire on release of the trigger as well.

Am I missing something? This is driving me nuts. Is it anything in side the valve? reg seat? ARGH!?

you will probably have to adjust the trigger rod , its been awhile since i had to mess with mine but i think that's what i had to do when i first got my micro.

edit just reread and saw where you adjusted the trigger rod do you have another trigger frame try swapping those out . Does this have an benchmark frame now that i remember i had quite the time sorting out my mag when i first switched to micromag about 10 years ago

Sounds like the HES magnet is at the edge of it's activation point. Try to screw it inwards (towards the frame) a little. Are you using the Xmod software? If so then you can also try to raise your FIX......LMK when you guys want to get together and play again....

Those things all have way different specs from normal AGD compliant parts. PM Tracy and see if she can provide you with on/off pin and trigger rod length specs. Sounds like the problem is in there.

Also take a look at your sear and sear axle pin for wear.

one other thing you can do is too take the grips off of the frame and air it up and shoot it a couple of times and look to see if anything is hanging up.
