I just got back into playing paintball after years off. I remember when I was ounger that the automag was the gun to have, so I bought an automag rt. Now to my question.. On the Automag web site it says that the ULE main bodys can be used with all the all the guns but the automag rt is that correct??? Am I reading that right...

That is correct.... If you have the Valve and rail with the plumbed in air then the ULE body will not work from the factory... The RT body extends back over the valve more than the ULE body. The RT valve is a smaller diameter on the back than other valves.

It should work fine if you have an RT Pro. Somebody was working on modifying a ULE body to work with the Classic RT, but I don't know how far that made it.
