Scratches in barrel bore

Hi all,

I recently aqquired an old twist lock barrel. The barrel has a bunch of chipped off paint and some scratches in the bore of the barrel. I am wondering if this will affect shooting accuracy at all?

You can't test it out to see for yourself? In theory, it should affect accuracy. In practice, who knows...
