    Argon and regulator?

If I get my HPA tank filled with argon will the tank and marker regulators still function properly with the more dense gas?

    Automag classic or RT?

My thoughts are that the RT doesn't run on CO2, which is heavier than air, and so would probably not run on Argon.

Argon is an "ideal gas" and behaves like nitrogen. It doesn't condense like co2 and should work fine. It costs more than nitrogen and someone might miss it.

tac one co2 is completely different then argon. I know it should work i don't know much about regulators though and how the thicker more dense gas would effect them. I know it cost more but it might be all i can get in my area.

Argon won't condense in the gun and is non-reactive (noble). I wouldn't mind putting it in my x-valve, but I can't bet your valve on it. If the valve cycles with CO2 and N2 (even though CO2 will eventually cause trouble) then argon should be fine. I would like to have a source of both argon and nitrogen to see how the RT effect changes.
