I find I have to turn my tickler all the way up to get my pnuemag to fire. Should I put an RT on/off in the Classic valve to get it to fire with less pressure?

All the up as in can't turn any further? If so then you probably have a kink in your micro line. Using a ULT, or RT on/off, having your actuation rod hit the top of the MSV-2 arm and having your MPA-3 hit the very lowest part of the sear leg will also allow you to use the lowest lpr setting and give you the lightest possible trigger.....Originally posted by ManInBlackI find I have to turn my tickler all the way up to get my pnuemag to fire. Cranked all the way. I'm pretty sure my microline isn't getting in the way, but it is tight in there. Lots 'o Pics!

The piston is hitting the sear arm as low as I think is possible.Comment

Looks like the hose coming from the LPR and the one going to the MPA-3 gets crimped when the grips are installed. Try it without the grips on. Double check the hose routing to see if it's tight anywhere else. Also your MSV-2 arm has been cut down, but I don't think that is the reason your having to turn your LPR all the way up. What kind of LPR are you using? Have you tried to clean it out or see if the inlet tube is blocked in any way?Comment

I'm using a Tickler LPR. The microline doesn't appear to be getting in the way, even with the grips on. I'm pushing on the line the same way the grips would and the sear is moving freely within it's normal range.
Can someone please explain "quad oring" setup?Comment

A quad o-ring AKA X-ring has less holding force than a standard o-ring.
Find out how Precision Associates Inc. can meet your custom rubber seals needs. Our X-Ring seals, quad ring seals and low friction seals are suitable for any industry!
Take apart your Tickler and see if the barb is protruding all the way through the LPR and into the body. It may be preventing the piston from moving and allowing it to fully pressurize.Comment

Ok, I already have a .750 length pin, so Do I just need to order these?:
Are there any other orings I need other than the quad ring thingie?Comment

Contact mann (Josh) I think he may be able to beat that price. Also using a quad may not work with the .750 pin. You may need to shorten it or get a emag pin (.712). The .750 pin will work with the standard 2 o-rings....Comment
