    bolt size issue with bodies

ok so if classic, micromag, and rt bolts are interchangable as far as bodies are comncerned then how come how comr the rt bolt wont fit in my classic or ptp micomag 2000 body?

see i tried dropping my rt bolt in my micro and it doesn't go all the way in. its short by abput a half inch from going all the way in. rt drops into a classic body but gets stiff about the same piont but you can get it all the way in if you put some pressure to it.

I had a similar issue with my level 10 bolt and my micromag, 20 mins of work on the bolt with a piece of emery cloth and it works fine now

Will the valve fit in without the bolt?

If so, you may need to deburr the washer inside the body that the bolt has to pass through.

will not fit with either the bolt or the reg section attached so we isoloted that it is the valve that is the issue. i guess the next step is to ask if anyone has ever tried fine grit sanding the valve section of a mag valve and how thick are they. i know i should have alot of meat to play with but want to be on the safe side ya know

I had the same problem a while ago. PTP had a few problems with some of their bodies at one time apparently. The pressed in washer/feedneck that PTP uses is/was the problem with mine. I used some fine grit sandpaper, and was able to sand it to fit.
