So I scored a few heavily used Halo hoppers for cheap. Most work fine, but a few are... well... slow. They work like they're supposed to, but instead of the 15+ bps that I'm used to, these ones take about seven or eight seconds to push out 100 paintballs, and the stream is by not way constant.
I'm using fresh batteries and I've taken them apart completely to clean them. Do the motors or rubber bands just go bad after a really long time? Has anyone had this happen to them before?

I put fresh batteries in it and everything and after a few seconds of running extremely slowly the low battery light will come on. I dunno whats up with it.
