Is there any photos of a classic valve cut in half, I would really like to see how much material is there, how all the chambers are aligned and what not. I figure someone must cut a valve in half just to see. Thanks

Yea, just search Automag and AGD and similar things until you find the Automag instructional videos 1-9 and Tom uses half a Classic valve to explain the design.
