pneumag leak. help!

    pneumag leak. help!

    well i thought i had my pneumag all hooked up and ready to test out but when i went to air it up all the air just poured out the bleed hole on the vertical asa. major bummer. any clue as to why this would happen and how i can fix it? thanks

        O ring on the vertical gas-thru grip?? Maybe try connecting the tank directly to the vert asa (just to trouble shoot).

          hey thanks for your response. i figured out what the problem was haha...ill post a picture soon, anyone who sees it is gonna laugh. it sucks because the vert asa and gas thru grip are garbage and totally ruined but its funny

            heres a pic of this messed up drill and tap job. i didnt even realize that the hole was drilled down too far and that it went through the gas thru grip until i aired it up a friend of mine who also plays paintball and is into mags drilled and tapped the hole for me. i figured he knew what he was doing since he works in a machine shop. oh well...minor setback...dont make this mistake!

              Unless he was under the impression that the vertical grip and ASA were one solid piece then, id probably have him buy you a new asa at least. Ive made stupid mistakes like that before too, its a bummer for sure.
