Massive leak

First time I've had an issue in a long time. Picked up the marker for the first time this season and tried to play, didnt want to work, would shoot but air would constantly leak down the barrel. Took out the valve to find that the bumper was not sitting where it was supposed to and that it looked a little ragged.

Could the bumper be whats causing my issues or is it something more?

I doubt the bumper would cause the issue, it is probably the PT o-ring.

Lvl10? Lvl7?

Did you oil it up before you aired it up?


If the Powertube O-ring isn't dead, move to the next smaller carrier/spacer.

Level 10 had never given me issues until today, same with the power tube. Only thing that has changed is that the valve rolled off my desk the other day.

I've rolled the bolt over on my desk and I've noticed that the stem is slightly askew and its no longer sliding in and out of the valve easily.

Looks like you need a new bolt. You can get them from AGD or you might find one browsing the for sale threads.
