Replacing Feedneck on ULE Body??

    Replacing Feedneck on ULE Body??

    How in the flying crap does one remove the feedneck that comes installed on the ULE bodys?? This sucker in in there *tight*! I guess maybe it's Loctited?

      if you dont have one this works even better. wrap the sucker in a thick layer of electrical tape, and use vice grips. just make sure to make it thick enough that the teeth dont damage the feedneck

        an old leather belt works well too... just don't use one you want to keep nice

          Put the feedneck between 2 blocks of wood in a vise.

            Thanks guys. After knowing I just needed a little more leverage, I taped it up with masking tape, wrapped a couple rubber jar openers over it, and got it loose with some big pliers.
