i have a 68 automag and the other day i was playing and my trigger stopped cocking and i couldnt shoot. when i took the gun apart i noticed that the brass piece in the internals had fallen off, and it was stripped. i need a new piece. what is that piece called and how much are they? Thanks

I think you are talking about the powerfeed tip?? but I don't understand how this could come out. And the only other part it could be is the spacer but that couldn't have come out either. I am stumped

I had a PT tip strip out and it looked like it came loose slowly and hammered back in beating up the end and stripping off all the threads. Good ending is that the brass did no harm to the stainless and after cleaning out all the little chips of brass, a new part from AGD fixed it completely. I use temporary locktite (the blue one!!!) on it now. Good luck but it should be fine. Air blows the shavings out and does not pull them in the PT.Minimag mm17261
