Lvl 10 on old mag/shoot down

    Hey everybody

so i have a 68 automag. from before it was classic.
in another deal i got a rt that ended up ****ting the bed on me so i took what i could use from it and put it on the 68, being the intelli frame and lvl 10 bolt.

for the lvl to all i did was put that as the new bolt in my gun, is this right? i read about people speaking of shims and carriers in conjunction wiht the lvl 10 but i dont think i have anywhere to use those?

i have used it in its current state and it has ripped for me before but i am just wondering if there are any precautions i should take/if i can or should adjust it in any way.

also im leaking out the back but from what i have read that is a piston reg assembly issue. i have considerable shootdown as well, reading my guage it starts around 1000 psui, a lil higher and pressure drops like about 100-200 psi with each shot. it comes back quickly when i stop shooting but when i fire off like 6-7 shots bursts it slows way down and wont work until it has recharged.

are these in anyway related and how do i get consistent pressure?
im running on co2 thru a wdp ergo reg and that is allowing maximum pressure into the gun currently
well it all started with me and the Cheat one day...

Click those links and study the bolt parts of the diagram & read the installation guide.

Leaking out the back is likely because your reg piston cannot handle the amount of pressure needed for the LvL 10, or it could be a bad reg seat.

For the shoot down try cleaning out your valve.

    Hope that helps.
