Yea, what size carriers do you have? and is the black carrier o-ring lubed generously?

Also, how many shims do you have in it? If you have too many it will leak all the time as well.

"X" is 10 in Roman numerals There is a reason it's called the "X-Valve" I believe.

Did you try it without the shims in?

Start with a fresh carrier o-ring and tune from scratch:

              Remove all LVL 10 shims.
Pick 1 carrier o-ring and stick with it.
              Use oil.
Use #2 carrier (2 lines, no dots, or largest one you have).
Shoot 1000 shots to break in o-ring.
Move broken-in o-ring to largest carrier that doesn't leak.
Use red spring for 285 fps. Use longer spring for higher velocity or to be more gentle (fragile paint), shorter spring for lower velocity or to be less gentle (thicker shell).
If bolt sticks after encountering a jam, add a shim.

I have a follow up question. Sorry I do not by any means mean to jack the thread but the Leak be a slight leak or could it be a major sounding leak? Slight hiss or a continual rush of air?

                  There shouldn't be any leak.

Most level 10 leaks are little leaks, not gushes or rushes of air.
