RPG Gas-Through Problem

I have an RPG gas-through grip seen here:


my 90* fittings dont reach the threads on the bottom, so i cant actually use it as a gas-through grip. but none of the shops around have any straight fittings...

are there any straight fittings that are longer so they can reach the threads?

straight fittings work. you usually have to use an allen wrench to install them.

If you really need to use a 90* fitting, you can probably go to your local hardware store and find some NPT fittings that can fit down in there. If you can find it, put a male/female connector in there. Male into the gas thru and the 90* fitting into the female end. I've had a similar issue with a micro-max flo. I couldn't find any male/female connectors at my store, so I just got a male/male and connected a female/female with a little bit of lock-tite. It would probably stick out a bit more, but it would work.
