so im working on polishing my minimag body getting close to done but i have a question. do you guys put a clear coat on after its polished or do you just leave it? with it being ss i was thinking it wouldnt tarnish too bad with just leaving it....?

you should live so long as to have SS corrode signifigantly. -

If you're worried about it at all, give it a good waxing.. Car wax would be good.Comment

I polished my SS body like 10 yrs ago and never put anything on it. Even when I had it stored away for 3 years it didn't corrode. Like I said, keep it clean and you'll be fine.Comment

ok nice, thanks guys. i have it done and it looks great! i could not be more happy with how it turned out. i will probably post up some pics in another thread later or tomorrow.
