    Too lazy to search

I have a normal automag. I bought an e-mag valve offline and want to replace the regular valve on my mag.

Everything will be the same with the exception of the valve.

My question is, do I need to get anything special for this e-mag valve to work? It is just an rt-valve correct? I have been out of the paintball scene for quite some time and am getting back into it. Any an d all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time and I am sorry if this has been posted before.

You might need a longer on/off pin.

    Welcome back!

Yeah, the stock e-mag valve on/off pins are .712 inches (I think) and the normal RT valve pin is .750 inches. Though I think the .712 pin will work fine.

Yea. I have to actually get my tank hydro tested so it will take me a while. I have to send away for it since I live nowhere close to a scuba shop or anything of the like.

So just to be clear, I should be fine with the valve pin (the one on the belly of the valve) and should not have to change anything.

Just to be sure on what to look out for...what would having the incorrect pin do. Uncontrollable firing? Not being able to fire at all? Valve not fitting on the rail?

        Thanks again guys,

If the pin is too small the gun bounces like crazy, a desireable effect for some, not for others
