    warp feed

i recently traded for a warp feed but it doesnt seem to work too well. i read you have to pre-load it before you put your hopper on right? also the drive housing plate has all the screws stripped out so if that is not tight on there will that cause problems? should i try replacing the discs and drive belt or do you guys think just making sure that plate is tight on there will do the trick?

    thanks again

You don't have to pre-load it. It just needs a full wheel of balls to feed. You can do that at the chrono.

That sucks about your stripped screws. I have no experience with stripped screws on the shells, I hope you didn't spend to much for this warp.

Tuna has replacement shells for $35.

the vibrations cannot transfer properly if it is not screwed in snuggly.

Luckily... all of the screws and nuts that attach the warp to the bracket and the shells together can be found at a hardware store for a few cents each

I picked up a whole set of new screws and nuts to make sure i could bolt it on tightly and i was able to get my warp to work beautifully.

Give it a try, if screwing it down tighter doesnt work, then the worst thing that happened is that u lost a dollar or two.

edit: i just noticed you said "drive housing plate" and not "warp bracket plate"

I suggest buying slightly larger threaded fine threaded screws and see if you can use those to hold the board down tightly and the plate down tightly. If you cannot then you might need new shells. The board needs good contact with the springs and the vibration sensor
