    AGD Walk-in?

I was wondering if anyone knows whether the AGD address in Cary,Illinois allows "walk-ins" i live very nearby (10 mins) and have a couple very old Level 7s (one has the infamous "magic-box" on it with and old school twist-lock barrel) and since they are so close would love to get their opinions on what I should do with them (I'm looking to get back into the sport on the cheap til the economy gets going again).

If they dont do something like this i would be looking at trying to find a mag "pro" in the Mchenry county area to help me get these back to playing shape (throwing some air thru them they both seem in very good shape for the amount of time just collecting dust)

Any replies would be much appreciated!

I don't know if they still do, but I do know that back when Tom was there, my brother and I drove down from Milwaukee and he gave us a tour of the whole facility including perfect circle.

Call Roman via their tech support number and ask.

Before you do anything you should try oiling them and see how they work. Drop quite a bit of oil into the ASA and screw on a tank and dry fire a few dozen times, they might still be in working condition and only need a bit of oil to get working again. That's the beauty of mags!

Oil them up & shoot the crap out of them , just do a basic clean up if they are shooting consistantly , it would be a good first step to do Level X kit's on them

I will call them and see what they say....

Right now sadly cash is low so I wont be going Level X since TBH im an old fat guy who wont need the speed of a level X vs. a level 7

I will get a bunch of oil thru them....I have 2, one thats damn near unused (level 7 with original crown barrel)and one that has the magic box LOL I know...and a triggerjob that were both done a long time ago before I bought the gun (the guy dumped like 1200 into the gun/mask/old time motor hopper) and decided he didnt want to actually play (wanna say I gave him 500 for it about 15 years ago serial #12414 matching numbers)

Im in the midst of fixing a Stroker #P812 (gun I converted from a LB PMI 1 to replace the mag ) and my Sniper One (this one shows my age its #415 and im the original owner)...im looking at selling the stroker and possibly the sniper and either playing the mag or maybe getting a more modern mag.

Im also looking for local (chicagoland) talent to help me figure out options on what to fix what to leave as is and what to give up on :P

As I understand it, AGD is being operated out of Zupan's basement or something like that. The warehouse (or whatever) that were the offices have been vacated.

The address DOES appear to be a residence...hmmm
