    warp wont feed...ugh

so my warp for some reason wont feed the balls up into the breech. if there is no balls in my warp it always spins when i add the hopper and balls it will feed them up to the warp elbow then just stop right there and the warp wont move any more to push them the rest of the way. what could be the problem?

    thanks

What kind of body? How are you connecting the warp to the body?

Has it worked in the past and all of a sudden stopped, or is this the first time you're using it? If this is the first time using it, the only thing I can think of is making sure you have a parabolic power feed plug. Other than that, I've got nothing. Good luck.

Well, based on the small amount of info, I'd imagine the problem lies either in the elbow or the urethane wheels, they may be warped enough that they can't push hard enough to get the balls around the elbow.

I'd look at the elbow first though. Make sure the powerfeed plug is in correctly. Maybe some pics would help.

Try to pull your elbow plug out a little. I had an issue like this before. Had a aftermarket plug installed. you can shim it with a washer so it won't happen again.

                Edit:

Are you using the 12v mod for it?

You dont NEED the elbow. Just put the hose right on the body. :)

yes im using the 12v mod and i tried without the elbow with the same affect. ill get a video up later tonight and then maybe i can get some answers from you guys.

                    thanks again

also it does seem like the disks are warped a little but if i dont have it hooked up to the gun and just feed balls threw it, it feeds but when on the gun it wont push them up and in. i still dont understand the jumpers either.

Sounds like an elbow problem to me.

I had a 12v harnesses go Tango Uniform on me and some how keep the warpfeed from actuating properly. Try it will just a 9v and see what you get. Make sure it's fully charged.

                        Other then that....

Ck your hose at the top to see if there's something wrong like a kink you can't see from the outside.
Turn the hose 180 out and see if you get the same problem...
                        Bad angle...
                        Motor...
                        Stripped gears...
                        Urethane wheels up...
I don't know what else it could be, open it up and give it a full cleaning and inspected everything. Isn't there a drive belt in those. I can't remember. Been forever since I pulled mine apart. Could be worn out and slipping. Tuna has full parts for them.

im saying its not the elbow because it seems like the balls will stop feeding sometimes before they reach the elbow. when this happens if i turn the warp off then back on it will push the balls the rest of the way up but then when i shoot the next ball doesnt come up into the breech. i then turn off the warp and back on to get the ball into the breech. im going to make a video of me trying to use the warp and see if that will give enough info for you guys to help me out.

                          thanks again

Probably the belt or urethane wheels then.. maybe when you turn it off the wheel slips past where it's stuck.. I dunno. If you detach the hose from the elbow and hold the feed button down, does it reliably pop balls out of the hose?

My question is: What are you using to trigger the warp? I have tried to use the vibration sensor with my mag and got nothing but trouble. It seems to work well on my emag with the warp link as well on my RT Pro with intelliswitch. If the problem is in fact how the warp is triggered, which kind of sounds like what you've described, add an intelliswitch or make your own. You would just need the plug-in for the warp and some way of making the two wires touch when the trigger is pulled.
