Installing ULT in a Retro Valve

So, apparently it can be done but requires valve modification. Anyone know specifically what has to be done? Is this the kind of thing that can be done in your garage?

If you have the valve that only uses one o-ring on top of the on/off, then you need to have it drilled out to install the ULT. The one person that AGD recommends for this is Tuna.

Its not a drill press garage job. You need to have it done by some one who knows how to line up the hole and mill it to the correct depth.
