    e mag issues

    just got my e mag and i think the battery is dead? pulling the tab out of the battery pack should turn it on correct? and when on and the trigger switch set to "E" it should cycle the noid, right? or is there something i am missing....
    i was told it had x mod 1.8, but it is reading agd 1.7 i think...
    any help is appriciated.
    and if i cant get the charger any help on where to find one....

      Yes
      If you put your saftey on it will cycle every time you trigger it ( holds the sear in the up position )
      If it says AGD 1.7 thats what ya got ,, not X Mod 1.7

        i figured if it was reading agd 1.7 thats what is in it, but i didnt know how it affected any firing modes.... i just want to be sure the board and noid will cycle really...

            Electronics wont cycle unless the sear is set in the up position via sear safety pin or marker aired up.

              yeah, i was making sure i was doing everything right... which i was. noid just was not clicking. the battery is indefinitly dead now... so i think it did not have enough power to cycle at all.

                You won't find an emag version 1.7. The AGD versions running around are 1.37, 2.4, 3.2, and 4.2. You may even find the odd 1.35. The Xmod versions are Xmod beta 1.X (For X, higher number = lastest). The latest version is Xmod beta 1.8.

                There is an aftermarket charger you can get that is quite a bit less expensive than the AGD version. Search here on AO. There was a thread on it.
                Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

                  yeah.. it is 1.37... i only got a flash of it because it was dead. i am on the lookout for a charger...
