HELP me flash to x-mod :(

So I am trying to flash my gun to x-mod, someone please help me :/ I am using windows vista ultimate x64, avr studio version 4.13, and I am having major problems. If someone is willing to call me and help me through this that would be excellent.

I have paid Paul by the way, this is totally legal, I am just borrowing someone's programming cable right now so I can get this thing flashed.

I really would like some help. Even chatting on FB or AIM is fine, I just want to try to get this done today and I want to make sure I didn't bork this cable somehow.
