    Yup, all custom milled bodies are like that. I've got a ripper and a phoenix, they both have one. The washer is steel, as apposed to the aluminum the body is milled from. As we all know, aluminum is like wood, it doesn't take much to nick/gouge/wear the stuff. So a washer takes the abuse, and spreads the force over a greater area so the aluminum can handle it..

      theyre good bodies i have had 3 the first was a mech mad i loved it but had to sell for bill reasons the 2nd was hyprerframed and the last one i bought i forgot it was am/mm length so i didnt end up using it for my emag LOL after all the effort of tracking one down i had to get rid of it LOL

            The washer will go in just by dropping it inside the body. The clip on the other hand is a little harder. I have a brass drift that fits perfectly inside the body. I just pushed the clip in till it clicked into the groves. You can use anything from wood to a plastic rod, I've also seen someone use a lvl 7 bolt to get one in. Not the easiest thing to do but it worked after a few tries.
