    Pump milling an emag rail?

I see that the pump kits made my Rainman and CI say that you need a pump milled am/mm rail but can a emag/rt length rail be milled to accept a pump kit? Would a longer pump arm be needed? Thanks for your input.

Yup. All you need us a longer cocking rod. There may need to be some work done to either the pump mount or the end of the rail depending where they meet up.

Another issue is the pump mount is meant for a am/mm rail. Which means it has wings. An rt/emag rail is a flat bottom. So without a custom pump mount you may need to cut an area on the rail to accomodate the wings.

it's all doable with a file or dremel. Just modify the rail. If it is an emag rail you may need a drill.

The cocking rod can be purchased at home depot.

I had rainman229 on mcb cut my tac rail to classic length and cut the front of the rail to match the dovetail on a am/mm rail, turned out real slick
