    E-Mag on/off in a RT

(Moved this post from my Level 10 Tuning thread to here because it is kinda a new subject.)

Speaking of the RT on/off, I think what I have is actually an E-Mag on/off. I came with the X-Valve, and it had a quad o-ring on top. I suck at using vernier calipers, so I get either 0.7109 (91/128) inch or 0.71875 (92/128) inch as the pin length, so I am assuming that it is a 0.712 inch pin.

Before I tried this on/off, I switched the quad o-ring with a white one from my parts kit, and it seems to work. But, what are the repercussions of using an E-Mag lenght pin in my on/off, and a non E-Mag? I believe the standard length for a mech RT is 0.75? If I decide to use the RT on/off, should I get a 0.75 inch pin for it?

Ok, after doing some more research, it sounds like I should probably get the 0.750 pin if I am going to use the RT on/off (still would like to know why). Does someone have one they can drop in the mail real quick for the right PayPal price? The AGD store has them, but I am not sure it would get processed and sent in time for my big Saturday game.

If you are RT'ing, a too-short on/off pin can lead to premature bolt wear (nibbling) since the pin is too short to push the sear up all the way.

Contact Tunaman. He is an authorized AGD dealer.

I have a .750 that I will trade you for the e-mag length pin and the quad o-ring.

I contacted Tunaman for one, I am not discounting getting E-Mag lowers in the near future, as you might have noticed
