pneumag question

For a stealth pheumag setup where the lpr is inside the grip where do people get an asa that has a port on the top?

Are these custom drilled and tapped or are there some that come from the mfg that way?

I'm pretty sure every one of them is custom. I do not think there are any that are made as such from the manufacturer.

I'd be glad to be wrong, but don't think I am.
