Have a few questions on the Empire Magna RF setup

    1. Does anyone have any experience used one on a Emag?
    2. Do one of the harnesses fit the Emag board (guessing it would plug into the warp harness slot) or would you have to make one?
3 Anyone know the range of the transmitter? (A foot or 2 I'm guessing?)
    4. What is the air speed velocity of a swallow carrying a coconut?

I've got a magna and I tried to use the RF chip with it on my mini but it never worked properly with the chip in the grip frame and the battery holder/foregrip. I bought the magna and the RF chip shortly after release though and I think they improved the RF chip.

I've not used one on an emag but I'll let you know more next week when I get some free time with my new toy, since I have an emag that should be delivered sometime next week.

I'm assuming you're thinking about the magna as a warp idea, and if that's the case the range shouldn't be an issue until you move the loader completely off the gun or possibly too far forward ie. an under barrel mount. The reason I say that is because the distance from hopper chip to the RF in the grip frame is shorter if you have the hopper mounted to the grip frame like a warp instead of traditionally on top of the gun. There's less metal in between the 2 as well.

I'm wondering what kind of signal the RF receiver on the magna board sends to the board. It might be possible to remove the receiver and mount wires for an intelliswitch in it's place but I'm not sure. I've also wondered if a piezo in the grip frame would generate enough of an electrical signal from the recoil of the gun to be of any use in a mech set up.

Ok, I don't have an emag anymore but here Are my thoughts anyway.

        1) I don't think the RF chip will work in the warp port.
        2) Given that the intella feed works on mech mags, the intella link line must be warp powered, so the intella port on the emag is likely un powered.

Need to tap power off the noid or HES.
