Ok...new mag straight from AGD and love it BUT there is pinging from the xvalve area...why?

Yea I had the same issue with the mag I bought straight from AGD. I've been using it for ~7 months now with no problems, in fact it's almost gone now. I'm sure it's just the gun breaking in.

Spring ping.

This was especially common on the mags that shipped with the original crown point barrels. The ends of the crown point would resonate the sound of the spring compressing, This can happen on any barrel if the conditions are right.

Yeah I put an o ring around the end of my Crown Point to cut down on the pinging.
