    Leaky Crossfire

My brother's Crossfire tank is leaking. It isnt coming from the pin valve or the fill nipple, but from a small hole in between, but slightly above, the guage and the burst disk nut. I really dont have a clue as to why it is leaking. It was working fine all day and started right at the very end of the day. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas? Thanks!

if your not sure what to do, take it to a paitnball store where you fill it, tell them what's wrong and they will help you. Is the leak from the burst disk or the gauge or both? when the tank is completely empty, you can take the guage and burst disk off to inspect them, you have to know what your doing though, or the next time you go for a fill the gauge or disk is going to blow in someone's face, I'd recommend that you just take it to your local store and have them work on it, if you have'nt already figured out excatly what's wrong.

I know what he means. This isn't a problem you can fix yourself. Call up Crossfire and see if you can send the tank in.

no, don't send the tank in, you don't have to unless the tank itself is damaged, just take it where you get it filled. it's not that big of a deal, they will fix ot for you for like 5 dollars max. If you send it in you have to pay shipping to and from crossfire plus parts and labor plus the time you waste by sending it. Any paintball store can most likely fix your problem in about 5 minutes.
