Have you tried turning up the velocity?
When was the last time it was working? Has anything changed? Perhaps the carrier is a bit tight. Remove all the shims from the powertube. Then go to the largest carrier size that does not leak. Always use the same white oring when changing carriers.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts. -
Take it apart and find the reg seat oring stuck to the reg seat.Originally posted by wico90i got it used and i didnt get any other carriers or anything. i tried changing the velocity and it didnt work. last time it worked was around juneComment

Oil the **** out of it once you put everything back together. And when I say oil I mean fill the cavity of your microline or whatever you have to the top. Dump as much oil in it as you can. If it hasn't been ran since June then it's going to need it.Comment

I'm just trying to save everyone a headache. Can't even count how many times someone come on here with a valve issue in which all of us have thrown everything including the kitchen sink at; just to find out "hey it just needed a little oil" when that was the sec thing someone had asked the person to do.
When you think it's enough oil...just add more

I completely subscribe to this philosophy. The orings just have to be able to seal. As long as they are wet, they will have reduced friction, which is why we use oil. If they stick when dry, then oil is just a mask for other problems. It will get you by, but the real problem should still be fixed. One problem with too much oil, is that it gets in the barrel and causes accuracy issues. Also, too much oil can prevent the orings from actually sealing. Too much oil and you have to blow the excess out before you even put the barrel on.Originally posted by BeemerBah, too much oil is over rated. We use to test them dry. A little dab will do ya. If not you have other issues.
