Hello, this is my first thread on AO, so please bear with me. I know very little about Mags, other than the basics.
I've been wanting a Mag for quite a long time now, and I think I'm going to finally break down and buy one from a friend.
He has it set up with a ULE side feed, Intelliframe, and X-valve. I think all of the other parts are level 7 era.
What I'll be buying from him is his old powerfeed body, X-valve, rail, and frame. He's going to keep the ULE body and his barrel kit (I have about 6 cocker barrels, and plan on upgrading this gun to a ULE CF body - so I don't need his barrel kit - plus warp feeds/qloaders are not my thing)
My eventual plans are to upgrade to the center feed ULE body (right away probably), and ultimately Pneumag it.
I know the valve is perfect, but do I really need the Lvl 10 bolt and a new on/off? I'll be using either my Prophecy or Vlocity loader. I've heard people have trouble with the ULT on/off with pneumatic setups. What all do I need to make it a ripping gun if it already has the X-valve? (besides the pneumag parts, obviously.)
