Hurricane Valve? / RT Claasic Body on?

I cannot recall from all my years of paintballing of ever hearing of a "Hurricane Labs stainless steel valve". Can some of you guys give me info on it? Good, bad, details, entire valve assembly or just rear valve, etc.

Also, can a Classic RT body be put on a standard AM/MM/ULE rail? Will all other parts just drop in as well?

    Thanks gents!

If memory serves, the Hurricane Labs product was a reg body made of Aluminum. It would be lighter than stainless. That is about the only benefit.

A classic RT body should fit on an AM/MM/ULE rail. The valve, however, will not work unless you have some custom work done to the rail due to the gas-through rail that the Classic RT uses.

Hurricane also made some titanium valve halves (had one, and did every test from density to pmi, so yes it was titanium:P), never seen a steel one but who knows.
These valves really only serve to reduce weight, no other known benifits

And as mentioned, the RT valve will need a custom sleeve and possibly other work to get it to work on a non RT Classic rail

The body will fit if you cut the back off so that it is the same length as a standard body. I can't remember if the pim is in the same place though.

The rest of the parts will not fit.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
