should have a valve that can use a ULT or one of the old Centerflag on/offs

You can use a classic valve with the Centerflag on/off or use a RT on/off as long as you can lighten trigger pull.

the RT and Hyperframe pins are almost the same, just the RT pin's bottom part has a bigger OD
but if you use a softer oring it feels the same, use a softer oring with the Hyper and it feels very smooth

the Booyah on off works the same, but it has a longer top portion

the Zvalve should allow for some kickback, but the main thing is that it uses the same OD bottom portion as all the other valves

so they should all perform the same if they are "timed" the same since the OD of the bottom portion is the same or close enough

the ULT has a smaller OD on the bottom, and smaller top section, so flow is less, but it will use less power to open and close the pin

with a mech trigger the ULT doesnt work well with a A.I.R./classic valve, but it might be ok with a electro or pneu trigger

it might help if there was a way to make the pin always push down, magnets, springs, or a direction connection to a returning spring would be a good idea

I have a ult in my hyperframed micro mag with a classic valve , it works much better than it did with the rt on/off.

so I have to have the classic valve drilled for a ULT on/off, right?

nope pull out the old on/off and remove the orings that are left in the hole and install the ult
