Level 10 Bolts and Minimags

Hey gang,

I'm getting ready to purchase a Retro valve with level 10 from someone. I found out that the level 10 bolt won't fit into a minimag, only the level 7.

I was under the impression several members have minimags with level 10 bolts and Retro valves.

What's my problem?

level 10 should fit in a mini mag , the micro mags had some issues but those could be overcome as well .

I've had two minimag valves installed with level 10 and no problems. Your source must be mistaken.

I'm asking because I was hoping to buy this. Really looking for a ReTro valve with level 10 for my Minimag.

I was told by the seller that the valve will work fine, it's just that he tried it in his mini with the level 10 and it would not fit. The level 7 works fine though.

I'm just being cautious before I spend my money, because everything I've heard has always been the valve/bolt will work in pretty much all mags.
