thinking of getting an automag classic 68

im thinking of buying an automag ive heard great things i want to get a classic the and i have some questions.

    1. i want to run a warp feed on it if i do this would i have to buy a warpfeed mainbody or could i still use the warp feed if i buy the gun with a powerfeed?

    2. whats with the "retro valve" would i have to get that or what about the "super bolt" what improvements would each one make on my gun

    3. i currently own a spyder shutter which i am running on nitro the tank is 68/3000 now ive heard automags are gas hogs,i dont know if this is true. how many shots would i get on an automag with my tank.also my tank already has a regulator.

4.also im lefthanded so what kind of powerfeed would i need or retro valve if i need one. right or left?

    5. what kind of upgrade would i have to get to run the warp feed or any other kind of enhancements

thanks im really sorry if its too long but im really serious about getting one and would like to hear your advice

    Here ya go...

    1. You can use your warp with a powerfeed body. The warp package includes an extra long powerfeed plug for this purpose. As you're left handed, if you do get a powerfeed body, you'd want to get a hopper left body, assuming that you'd mount your warp on the right side of the gun. If you get a warp body, you'd want to order a warp right mainbody.

    2. Given a choice between a superbolt and retro valve, I'd go for the retro (I have both). The retrovalve would increase your rate of fire rather dramatically. But then, the price differences are quite large. A superbolt runs $55 and a retrovalve is about $275-300. Unless you do the 'go retro' program, in which you'd trade in your automag's AIR valve (plus $200) and receive a retro valve in exchange.

    3. I don't know about the Mag being a 'gas hog'. Certainly not like a Shocker, I'm sure, but I never really paid attention to how much gas I used. When it got low, I'd just get a fill.

    4. Answered the powerfeed question in point 1 above. If you do purchase a retrovalve, there are 'reverse' versions available, where the air input is on the left hand side of the valve.

    5. Well...to run a warp feed...you'd have to buy a Warp Feed.

super bolt reduces recoil retro valve makes it an rt and gives an insanely fast recharge time you will get around 600 shots from that tank that is a very rough esstimate though because it depends on barrel and velocity as well as tank output pressure here are some suggested upgrades
        1. intelliframe
        2. superbolt
        3. retrovalve
        4. warpfeed
        5. front grip
        6. good barrel
        7. flatline 4500/68
        8. hyperframe (as an alternative to retro and intelli if you like the electro feel)

and good luck the world of the automag awaits you and hang around the forum you'll learn alot
Z-griped, warped, retromag with super bolt, and warpleft polished body, freak kit and flatline 3k
