What's with the ACE boards?

There seems to be a lot of them around that don't work
it seems odd that AGD put everything else together well but the ACE boards always seems to crap out
why is that?

Most people stop using them due to the intro of the lvl 10 but as for your question the boards had a tendency to short out and fry. Also, if I remember correctly, the BPS was capped at like 22-26 BPS with them.

I think Chris or someone made an aftermarket board that fixed the shorting problem.

I agree with you Kwood, my Xmag doesnt even have one in it, I am looking to pick one up just to get it back to how it was when it was new, trying to get with Nearchos about it...

true, but it just seems odd that everything else AGD works great, but...the ACE
